What the site is. Roof Replacement Nashville TN passes a homeowner's request to one independent local roofer. The site is not a contractor. It performs no roofing work, gives no bids or prices of its own, enters into no contracts for roof work and takes no part in insurance claims. Any estimate, contract, warranty or work comes from the roofer, and any agreement you make is between you and that roofer alone.

No charge to you. Using the site and sending a request costs you nothing. The roofing company that receives a referral pays the site for it.

Information on the site. Guides, cost rows, the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz are general information for planning. Calculator results are planning ranges, not quotes or bids. Rules and figures can change, so confirm anything that matters with the roofer, your insurer or the right public office.

Your part. Please give accurate details in the form and use the site only for a real roof request about a property you own or manage. Don't send anyone else's information without permission.

No guarantee. We can't promise that a roofer will be available for every address or request. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, the site's owner is not liable for the roofer's work, prices, conduct or advice, or for losses arising from use of the site.

Links. Links to public offices and other outside pages are there for reference. We don't control those pages.

Changes and law. These terms may be updated, and the date above shows the current version. They are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
