How the referral works. When you send a request through the form, the site passes your details to a single independent roofing company. That roofer contacts you, looks at the roof, gives the estimate and does any work you agree to.

Who pays. The roofing company pays this site for each referral it receives. Homeowners never pay the site anything, and they never receive anything from it: no gifts, credits, rebates or rewards of any kind.

What the site is not. This site is not a contractor and does no roofing work. It gives no bids or prices of its own, signs no contracts for roof work and plays no part in insurance claims. It does not name the roofer as a partner on its pages, and it does not vouch for any roofer's license, insurance or work.

What you should still do. Because the roofer pays for referrals, check the roofer for yourself. Look up its Tennessee license on verify.tn.gov, ask for proof of insurance and a written contract, and feel free to compare estimates from other roofers you find on your own. You are never obliged to hire the roofer who contacts you.
